Phases (How It Works)

 Each phase is specifically designed to help you navigate every step of the process with ease and confidence.

PHASE 1 - VISUALIZE:

Define your mission, vision, and goals. We help you outline the type of student you want to serve and the program you want to build.

PHASE 2 - PERSONALIZE:

We research your state’s academic requirements and guide you in aligning your program and curriculum. You receive tools for branding and marketing foundations.

PHASE 3 - CUSTOMIZE:

 Together we create your program documents. This includes state-required paperwork, curriculum, enrollment agreements, and catalogs.

PHASE 4 - FINALIZE:

You participate in on-site training with us, receive your completed program documents, and prepare for submission. Once approved, you celebrate your school becoming official.

PHASE 5 - STRATEGIZE:

We provide ongoing mentorship and coaching to help your school thrive. You gain a partner in navigating challenges and growing your enrollment.
